All of our firewood is thoroughly seasoned prior to delivery. Moisture content may vary slightly depending on the wood species and prevailing weather conditions.
Firewood may absorb surface moisture from rain, snow, humidity, or cold winter air after delivery.
Hissing or steaming during burning typically indicates the presence of surface moisture rather than unseasoned wood.
Once firewood has been delivered, storage conditions are outside our control and may affect burn quality.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos so we can review the situation and address it quickly.
